It was a bit difficult figuring where some settings are in the profile What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Communications can reach me without having to do an email. It has benefited real time communication.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? We have already tested 4 other chats in the company and this one definitely works the best. The app works great. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? When using only the chat without additional functionalities by 4 agents, the tool is quite expensive compared to the competition What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? We didn't encounter any bugs or difficulties

Automatic replies, user friendly, doesn't load my website, easy to use, nice in general and if it includes ChatGPT it will be the best What do you dislike about Smartsupp?
