What do you like best about Smartsupp? I have used this software a long time ago. I had a CRM for a while but the costs were too high. I went back to the good old solutions. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? I don't know yet. At the moment I do not like that it is paid. When I used it before it was free. What do you like best about Smartsupp? The most helpful thing is a possibility to navigate clients to the most appropriate products which they are looking for. I can send them a link to a product which I recommend. The advantage is the preview of what customers are looking for on the website. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? What do you like best about Smartsupp? SImple to use, simple to add to your website too. I also like the KPI data that is automatically generated, excellent. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? I haven't really had a chance to see its faults yet so cant really comment. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Well it allows me to connect with first time users of our website if they would like to get in touch. Easier and faster than an email and it gets straight to me.
