What do you like best about Smartsupp? Muy sencillo de usar y con bastantes mejoras y métricas útiles para el seguimiento. Para el cliente también es cómodo de usar. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Algún problema hemos tenido a la hora de configurar la franja horaria. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Permitir una opción más para que el cliente resuelva sus dudas y ejecute la compra.

What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Have yet to find anything as yet, but i will be in touch with the support team if i do find anything that could improve the service even further.
