"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Smartsupp? The setup was fast and easy and we could start using the chatbox within minutes. Design very intuitive and fast to adapt. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? If you using the app, you need to go manually offline in there. Otherwise the app says your live even in the night, that should be optimized. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving fast answers to our customers.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? I would love them to always make sure they keep to there standard. They should always come up with innovative updates for customer betterment. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Well, i haven't seen anything yet to complain about they just have everything i wanted What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? I get to always see record conversation between me and visitors that repeatedly visit my website

"First day of usage, but looks as promised and everything is nice"

What do you like best about Smartsupp? Current visitors, possibility to create chatbots with automated answers, easy setup, easy integration into shoptet platform What do you dislike about Smartsupp? I think that it could be maybe price for some very small businesses, currently I dont have any cons that I could describe What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Currently it is a day one for us, so we will see some results in few weeks and then we can optimize, but ...

What do you like best about Smartsupp? I can easily handle a couple of customers at once and generate leads within seconds. Absolutely reccomend this tool if you dont want to be contacted by telephone the hole day. Right now i can concentrate on the main parts and add new products to my shop and also give great support to my customers. What do you dislike about Smartsupp?
