"fast and easy"
What do you like best about Smartsupp? They are easy to use and even when ou miss a chat, you are able to email the customer in case they left their email or phone after messaging you. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Just few days given as free trials and i think customers details should be left (email or phone) What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? losing customers who messaged you when you were offline.

"Excellent live chat product with chat bot"
What do you like best about Smartsupp? We like how it offers a chat bot and a live chat feature together on a clean interface. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Limited integrations such as not integration with woocommerce and not live translate feature. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? We can provide a live chat customer support on our ecommerce website and offer answer via a chat bot when we are not online.

Customers are happy with the quick response and bot response attached to this app. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Nothing yet. What do you like best about Smartsupp? Very easy to use and it contains Hungarian language. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Prices are bit high, and not includes AI. Sometimes the script loads a bit slowly. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? We can anwser the frequently asked questions 24/7 with the chatbot. We can ask the customer's e-mail to send the answer later. We should use conversational marketing, but it takes time to set up the chatbot.

I dont know why but sometimes chat widget is not visible on the website and loads slow. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Some customers sinoly dont know how to make order beacues they are old or want to know about features
