Agents, I need more personal as small company What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Simple, Live Chat for example: my company was needing that because I was looking to a new solution to response people with a live chat and resolve things easily

What do you like best about Smartsupp? I like the comprehensiveness, design and pleasant ux. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? As a small company I dislake the price. There could be very basic option of the application that is cheaper. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? There is better communication with a client who is lost on a website.

The backoffice can be better, can't display daily statistics What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? We can see live traffics on our website with details, more accurate than google Analytics.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? Je staat gelijk in contact met de klanten, je kan alles mooi naar eigen wens afstellen en vormgeven What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Op het begin is het lastig om alles uit te zoeken om te kijken waar alles staat, neem daar goed de tijd voor. Ook plan een uitleg in, dit heb ik nu nog niet gedaan, dan krijg je gelijk alles mee.
