What do you like best about Smartsupp? The application allows you to be closer to the customer in real time.The tool is not overly extensive and has a friendly interface. I'm looking forward to seeing the stats the tool offers. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Contact form options could be more flexible. What do you like best about Smartsupp? The way it pops-up the messages on the chat windows on the website. Customers could clearly see the message and reply to it which helps to grow business. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? The fact that we have to put a .dot to initiate the shortcut on our chat, that's the only thing. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to grow our business while getting more customers interaction on our website.
