EXCELLENT Support!

I'm not a big fan of free version of Smallpdf, but Pro version is really great. But what really deserves a 5/5 stars is their Support. Excellent and super fast!

I have not had to contact SmallPDF's support team before, however on this occasion they listened to my issue and the issue was resolved within a few emails.

I signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel. Money was deducted from my account and I emailed the support team. They kindly explained the terms and conditions but I kindly asked for a refund due to personal reasons and they were patient and understanding. Refund is on the way thankfully.

Have been using Smallpdf for some time…

Have been using Smallpdf for some time now, it has been very useful to me . Easy to use and easy to understand. I somehow was having some issues with my accounts and after writing a mail to smallpdf I received a reply immediately and the customer support team member Shannen helped me out . However, I’ll still be more attentive reading the terms and conditions for a better end product. Thankyou smallpdf and tha you shannen and customer support team.

Refund

Recently, due to lack of thorough control, my MasterCard was charged automatically. I want a refund. I was very worried, but they kindly assisted me, and the customer service was excellent and enthusiastic. They refunded my money.
