Been using Small PDF since 2017!!
Been using Small PDF since 2017, never had a single problem! I started using this service to merge and shrink large presentations for my business. Now I use it for personal as well. Consolidated photo albums, and compressed. It's fantastic!

Very responsive, even on weekends. Persevered on escalating issue and following quickly to conclusion. Very unusual online support compared to larger firms like Amazon, etc.
