Easy to use
What do you like best? Integrating with other tools such as Asana, Zoom and GMail What do you dislike? It has revolutionised the way that we work cross functionally with different teams.
What do you like best? I like that it is so easy and simple to use, you can start thread, channels & conversations with all different stakeholders. It is a much faster way of speaking to someone than via email (not to say everything should be discussed via slack). It integrates with so many other tools you can start a zoom call instantly with whoever you are speaking to. It's really a good tool to keep track of many things, all in one place. There are few minuscule but noticeable fall-backs like deleting messages, auto delete after few weeks, uploading large image/gif doesn't show up straight away after being uploaded. Other than these, awesome interface, easy tagging, channels, great UX and above all, they offer a limited but free plan too which is great to try out for startups/small organizations. It also allow integration with third party services. I am ...

Slack has a fine layout
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Slack has a great layout. The application has a steady and smooth flow and the mobile app is an excellent addition. Another plus point is the wide range of integrations with popular business platforms. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The one big minus point is it is difficult to set your status to “away”. This is easy to do in Skype, so Slack should improve to add this feature. What specific problems in your ...
