Simple, easy to use and very helpful

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that this tool allows us to handle various channels so we can categorize the communication easily. I like the interface because it provides us with smooth interaction on different channels. We can easily share files and I like that we can pin important notes and messages and we are even able to edit the messages as well. It has great support plugins. I also like the auto snoozed notifications. What aspects are problematic or ...

Boosts productivity

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Slack is easy to use and available on mobile phones too. It offers a great method to communicate with team members and share files. You can simply send files back and forth, and these files remain in the chat sidebar which makes it easy to access them whenever you need. What aspects are problematic or could work better? No major drawbacks to point out. The only minor glitch is when you click on an image in Slack it opens full screen ...

Slack has been super useful for my team's collaboration, and it's not slow and laggy like Skype. My only complaint is when adding workspaces to the Slack app, and switching between a web browser and a native app, it's a confusing process.

The communicational application that has been able to unite my staff

What do you like best? I like to use this system a lot because it is lightweight and can be used on any device. Allowing a greater integration in my work team. This system is much more versatile than any other on the market, in which I can easily send any type of files privately or in groups without increasing the storage capacity of the system. With Slack one can perform any type of work not only by chatting but also by means of a video conference, it must be taken into account that ...

Great tool for internal Communications

What do you like best? There are four main elements I appreciate with Slack. 1. Security - only the people who are a supposed to be in a channel are in the channel. I am confident that our messaging is secure. 2. Ease of use in quick communications between team mates. it is great that I can quickly get needed answers and information from team mates in the other room or on the other side of the country with in seconds with the Direct channel. 3. the Thread concept where a question can be ...

Gold standard for internal communications

What do you like best? Love how easy the user interface is. Pretty easy to understand and gets the job done. It's also pretty customizable so if you want to integrate with other systems or send documents, etc., it's pretty seamless. I love how you can also set up channels to get info out to groups of people and can reping/resend notifications for your messages to make sure people see your messages. And the ability to message yourself for notetaking purposes comes in handy - especially ...
