What is Siit?
Siit handles internal requests for IT, HR and finance teams from inside Slack, Microsoft Teams and email. Employees ask in the channel they already use, and Siit either answers from connected documentation or raises a ticket with the request routed to the right team. It reads identity, HR and device systems, so an agent can confirm who is asking, grant an application licence, or start an onboarding run without a person retyping the details. Requests, approvals and service levels are tracked in one place, and reporting shows volume and response time by team and request type. Published rates start at 23 dollars per admin a month billed annually, rising through Standard at 45 dollars and Pro at 89 dollars.
