"All in one shop control"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Everything is in one place, I don't have to waste time on multiple applications, parts, labor, pay, communication it's all here. My employees can clock in and see what's do be done for the day. We use it constantly. Customer support is quick to get to me. I love that it integrates with quickbooks

"Limited but the best I found"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Its been really nice checking cars in and sending the customer the check list before starting on their vehicle. Keeping track of the jobs that are dropped off, waiting, in progress has been great. Overall the program is straight forward and easy to use. Implementation was good. Customer support has been great. Integration was relatively easy with thei help.

"Good platform with some kinks that still need to be worked out."

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey is easy for new technicians to lean. It has a great layout and w way for everyone in the shop to stay informed and communicate information on open work orders. The ease and frequency we can comminicte to our customers is better than any other platform I have used.

"My Team Loves It!"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey works great with keeping track of Customers and their Vehicles. The WorkFlow Section really helps us see what stage the vehicle is in- whether it just got dropped off, if it is in progress or if is completed, this features helps us!
