What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like the convenience of having everything in one spot. Also the speed of this process vs the old one is much better. Some minor hiccups when searching some items but over all works well.

I keep it as detailed as I can when it comes to specific line items. The techs knows what is going on in the shop. Shopmonkey supports the intergatation and implementation of systems at the shop.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The interface is customizable and managed for the way our shop chooses to organize our workflow. Having easy access to customer support is very helpful as our team learns the ins and outs of the software; the team may not always have a good software solution to solve our issues, but they are always quick to respond.
