What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Cloud based and easy to ramp up, even for team members that are not super computer savvy. Does all the things you need from a shop management tool, plus some other things you may or may not need like payment processing and invoicing. Integrates fairly well with Quickbooks and other common business tools.

"Shopmonkey is definitely a diamond in the rough!"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I love having the ability to store and manage my company in one place for the most part! There are still some kinks that are being worked out, but I think it will be worth the wait.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Very intuitive program to use. The Shop Monkey team is very responsive, easy to reach, and very helpful. The ability to send estimates to customers and receive authorization for repairs electronically is very convenient. The features of the program make running the shop easier than ever before - from the front office to tracking inventory, to the work out in the shop, and everything in between.
