"Excellent customer repair management software that is revolutionizing an outdated industry!"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The use of text and email to connect with customers has created a level of comunication that was not possible before we used this program. It has brought us into the 21st century! We love the use of the calendar and how we can assign particular techs to certain jobs. We appreciate how the workflow it setup and can be customized for our business, which is not in the auto repair field.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Keeps track of our customers, sales, profitability, and links to QuickBooks! All in one works very well for our small performance shop. We love that we can keep track of our inventory.
