What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The simple intuitive interface. It is very easy to train new service writers and techs. Being able to access my full POS from home also allows for absentee ownership work remotely with ease.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Our shop likes that Shopmonkey is a do it all software for our shop. We use it for inspections, invoicing, payments and procedures. It can do it all. On top of that, we can do everything digitally for our customers. It makes us stand out from the competition.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Simple, easy, and works well! Saves us time as a team and seems very clear for every staff member to be on the same page. Customers like the interactive functions like appointment reminders and estimates sent to their phone as well as texting.
