What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like how the system operates compared to others I have tested. The menus are effective and allow me to generate estimates and invoices quickly. I don't sit at the computer all day since I am a mechanic and service writer all in one so being able to sit down and pick up on all the menus is important to me. "We love shopmonkey!"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The system is so easy to use! Customers rave over the text and DVI features! Lots of people cannot answer their calls immediately, I know I sure can't. Being able to receive a text message with notes pictures and full descriptions even being able to text back and ask whatever questions are needed. This software has been a GAMECHANGER for our automotive shop!
