What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Internal email and texting system to contact customers, the different workflow options, being able to accept payment online, being able to have customer approve or deny specific jobs, being able to save canned jobs, and so much more.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like that shopmonkey provides labor times and also reminder for appointments, provides inventory for your parts, and shows you diagrams with the jobs your are working with.
