What do you like best about Shopmonkey? As a two person small business, we couldn't be more thrilled so far with Shopmonkey. The incredible step by step personalized service and training by their staff helped us learn and grow comfortable using the software, and we feel so supported. What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I love the estimate/invoicing process. The work request form is very useful and brings in new customers you otherwise wouldn't get.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I love the fast response of Shop Monkey's cutomer service which made it so much easier for us, especially since our business is new. They took a lot of the stress away.

"Excellent Program"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. I also like that it keeps track of time of each employee and I am able to run a payroll report directly from the timeclock page.

"Platform does the job but not for the cost"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like the simplicity of the platform in my eyes the platform is like an iPhone vs others are more like an android. Having pats procurement messaging and motor guidelines helps speed the process up however motor does not provide accurate information so the procedures may not be correct for each repair labor or procedure thus preventing friction between user/customer

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Modern interfacy are, Stripe payments integrated, API is more robust and modern than most competitors. Mobile app works great for my techs, especially capturing photos of things they find in the field. All in all, I like the system.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Organization of the dash board and the customization is very well thought out and very easy to navigate. The ability to send invoices very easily via text or email.
