"Easy to use and still a lot to learn to maximize the use out of the software."

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like that shopmonkey provides labor times and also reminder for appointments, provides inventory for your parts, and shows you diagrams with the jobs your are working with.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Internal email and texting system to contact customers, the different workflow options, being able to accept payment online, being able to have customer approve or deny specific jobs, being able to save canned jobs, and so much more.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Data and record keeping is excellent. If you have large clientele, system is good to keep record and works performed.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The streamlining of our CSM system through shop monkey. It takes all the busy work out of having to send reminders, and appointment notifications. They are affordable and have fantastic integration for quickbooks and carfax.
