"The good and the bad."
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like the layout and the way the workflow is set up. I like the search features to find customers and vehicles in the database. I like the license plate being able to add vehicle info directly to the ticket. Very easy to get started on and easy to navigate.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? everything lol I love the ease of sending the estimates electronically. The customer can take their time, read what the technician recommended, look at pictures, etc... We get a lot of positive feedback from customers with the ease of use as well.

"No monkeying around with shop monkey"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? My team is able to send professional quotes, invoices, and updates to our customers. The point of sale through emailed invoice has changed our whole process. Our customers feel informed and in the loop at all times. This has been a game changer.
