From the ease of use to the navigation on the user panel. it's helped us with easing the implementation through the help of Shop Monkey's Customer Support. We frequently use Shop Monkey as part of our daily stacks and has easily integrated and enhanced our communications with clients and with our technicians.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I honestly love the workflow system the best. It makes it so much easier to organize and keep up with what's going on in the shop. It was fairly easy to setup and implement into our workflow. If we ever had any questions or issues customer support is really easy to get in touch with. The ability to create your own tags and sections really allows us to personalize it to fit our needs the best. We use the system all day, everyday. Overall a super smooth ...

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? It makes organizing techs very easy, as well as letting us track ticket info with just a few clicks. The app on Apple works well and has a usefully clock in feature.
