What do you like best about Qualified? Implementation - our dedicated rep, Cassie, was extremely responsive, helpful, and proactive during our implementation process. As an admin, I had endless technical questions that were always answered (sometimes multiple times). Once the details of set up and integrations were clarified, it was easy to set up our segments and targeting criteria. What do you like best about Qualified? I love how intuitive Qualified is. As an enablement manager the change management was easy, and our reps love using it. I also have to give a huge shoutout to our QSA, Brittany Rhyme, who is one of the best in customer support I've ever worked with. What do you dislike about Qualified? I feel as though we are too dependent on our QSA for routing questions, although that could be on us, but I wish the routing piece was easier. What problems is Qualified ...
