What do you like best about Qualified? I love how intuitive Qualified is. As an enablement manager the change management was easy, and our reps love using it. I also have to give a huge shoutout to our QSA, Brittany Rhyme, who is one of the best in customer support I've ever worked with. What do you dislike about Qualified? I feel as though we are too dependent on our QSA for routing questions, although that could be on us, but I wish the routing piece was easier. What problems is Qualified ...
