What do you like best about Pure Chat? I like that I can automatically schedule my chat times. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I don't really have anything in particular I dislike. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps us in touch with our customers.

What do you like best about Pure Chat? I like that it doesn't have to always be a "live" chat and that it can be turned on sleep mode that sends you emails of customers' questions. They also provide a great "Visitors" area that shows live visitors and what page they are on, where they're located on a map, and how they arrived at our site. "Nice and simple but at times buggy."

What do you like best about Pure Chat? Easy to use. simple and has mobile application. it has a preset answers that you can use for the frequently asked questions in the chats. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? Buggy sometimes the page needs to be refreshed. It used to be worse they really done a good job fixing bugs but a few more bugs still remain. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy communicating with customers and fixing small problems.
