What do you like best about Pure Chat? I am able to see what the customer is viewing on the website so I can help them more easily. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? On occasion it seems to be laggy. Also sometimes it shows another person typing in the chat when they are not. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? All types of customers use our chat. It's a great convenience.

There is not much to dislike. I wish you could customize chat initiations but this is non-critical. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?
