Étant utilisateur payant de proton vpn et utilisateur gratuit de proton mail , j avais décide de ne pas poursuivre mon abonnement payant de vpn car il bug régulièrement , je décide de rompre le contrat mais aucun lien ne me permet d arrêté un prélèvement automatique , de parler a une personne pour annuler cet abonnement que j apprend reconductible chaque année de 48 € !! Je change de carte de payement et me retrouve donc débiteur de 48 € pour un service que je ne peux annuler , je ne répond ...

Bonjour, mon accès à Protonmail est bloqué depuis plusieurs jours au motif "suspicion d'accès frauduleux". Je demande un nouveau mot de passe, le problème persiste. J'envoie des mails à "security" qui me renvoie vers "abuse" et aucune réponse de leur part. L'une des adresses mail est le mail d'une association et un compte paypal y est associé, coïncidence ou non, impossible de faire une transaction Paypal. Dans ce contexte de cyber-guerre larvée, cette attitude est inquiétante.

Fail to resolve issues, poor to respond.

First - I must state I think this is a wonderful idea for a secure email service, I decided switched to them after a large email free service censored my (would not allow me to send somewhere) communications. However, customer service response is patchy, sometimes very prompt; other times one does not hear for weeks and has to chase constantly. This MUST improve. Warning to Protonmail users: In left nav, 'Trash' is right above the rather unique: 'All Mail'. If while one is doing maintenance/emptying trash folder - and one inadvertently clicks 'All Mail' -immediately next to 'Trash' (or doesn't notice their cursor slide down from Trash to All Mail) ... then ALL your email, across ALL your Folders, will be eliminated forever. Wrongly billed…

I recently signed up for the free version. Fortunately, I hadn't had time to update my contacts and send all my emails over here since I started getting "warning" e-mails about my account being past due. I wrote to them asking how could my account be in arrears when I signed up for a free account. When I tried to check on them to see if they had corrected their mistake, I could no longer access my account because it had been blocked until payment was sent! How frustrating!
