Excellent e-mail service.
I'm using the free version of ProtonMail and have been very pleased with it so far (after one month of use). I have everything I need without (imo) useless "features" polluting the UI. It also provides actual privacy without invasive ads. Great customer service as well. I asked them something expecting some random automatic copy-pasted answer that wouldn't solve anything, but instead I have gotten a complete answer, explaining everything I had asked about, detailing every aspect possible. ...

Excellent e-mail service.

Always top notch service
Always top notch service. Proton's services is awesome, and their support reps are always generally (and specifically) knowledgeable and patient. 10/10 will always use proton mail/vpn/calendar/storage.

Excellent Prodcuct
The product is excellent and I've not had any serious problems with either the VPN or email. As the other reviews have mentioned the customer service does let the company down especially for the costs fo the service.

I am very happy with the support…
I am very happy with the support service from ProtonMail. I had a problem with creating an account (I stuck at account verification step), they helped me by triggering activation email manually.

What do you like best about Protonmail? Protonmail is the best mail service I have used. I like that both its free and paid versions are of total quality.
