I have a paid account with some alias. I originally signed up for a paid account as an experiment. Then after I was happy with the service I was not happy with how I had originally signed up so I contacted support. It was a long process but I ended up with exactly what I wanted. It would seem the support system is understaffed so please be patient. It seems easy to get the support staff off on tangents, even though they have a ticket number to go by.
