Lately, I have been using a password manager (Lastpass to be blunt) They have been bought out a while back by a vulture company/s and as some might know they destroy! Lastpass locked me out of everything due to unannounced changes (cutting services, jobs and funneling me to buy) which made me all of a sudden have to log in manually to Protonmail as the registered email on Lastpass.. Signed up for their email service. Unfortunately it worked for a month then stopped working and I lost all my email access. It may not be the company fault as I know many other users in Spain have exactly the same problem. Still, it is up to the company to solve it. Hard to say why EU authorities locked them off the EU market. Probably due to protonmail being secured from EU govt spies. Big disappointment.

After a constant deluge of junk mail I researched safest email provider and found Proton. I am not an IT expert and struggled to install and get it setup. Without the excellent kindly, patient knowledgable staff at Proton I would have thrown in the towel. After an update from Apple caused my Proton mail to cease working it was not Apple who sorted it out - it was Proton. ProtonMail 5 stars for security

I do like Protonmail, even if I have left a bad review before. I have been locked out of my email account for over one week, however this has now been successfully resolved. The main thing is that Proton Mail does offer 5 stars for email security. Although the time taken to resolve matters is of concern I have found that the support staff are polite at all times and very helpful at trying to resolve issues. I would recommend this email service if you require maximum security for your emails.

I was having issue with login, though unaware, was myself putting wrong spelling, anyway, I contacted the customer services of Proton Mail, and they immediately responded to my request with full details about my email, which were 100% correct or companies do not even bother to read emails. I highly recommend this email service if you care at all about your online privacy. I think it is the best currently available. It’s time we all started taking back control from companies like Google and Facebook who mine your personal information for profit.
