protonmail is great overall

ProtonMail is good in general and obviously easy to use,never had any big issues with it,it is a great email service in general.

Not worth the $ and terrible support that will lock you out of your account

I had paid for a professional account with them. The customer support I had received, when I did require it, was always pretty slow, and less than stellar. I haven't been able to sort out email issues since v4.0, with little to no help from them at all. Honestly, I think they are getting a heavy load of tickets of unhappy customers. Really shocked to see the 3.3 rating on here, I have the paid VPN and it's configuration, location, servers are top notch - I feel actually secured with them unlike many other providers who keep logs or sell data in a heartbeat. The VPN program is great and they have even finished a graphical version for Linux which is excellent! Blocked my email over a week ago, support unhelpful and very slow to respond.

My email account was suddenly blocked by ProtonMail, which I first noticed on June 3. I emailed support immediately to raise the issue, thinking that it should be fairly easy to resolve. I received a couple of responses from support over several days, with each message taking longer and longer to receive a response from the support team. Safety and Professionalism

For the moment, I am very pleased with the site. They provide security, have professional support from real people rather than robots, and their new interface is very good.If they maintain this seriousness and professionalism, while giving respect to their users, they will gain a lot!

Glad I switched to protonmail

Finally made the switch from Gmail, no more giving my info to the internet giants. And it is a well working site/app too. Only thing is I wish I could make it not show the (1) notification thing whenever I get a mail in my spam folder. I don't want to have to open every spam mail

I did like Protonmail, even I have left bad review few months ago here.There are only one at least try to resolve the issue of the internet.
