Illegality was the Reason they shut me out

Quite frankly, this is a very sad day & Experience for me. If it hadn't happened to me, I would swear Protonmail wouldn't do this to anyone. But it did. I gave them 2 Stars instead of the 5 they deserve because of this sad Experience otherwise, I haven't had a single issue before now. But as we all very well know, there's always a first time. Paid accounts are definitely not worth the price or at all. Support is nothing short of awful. I have been locked out of my MULTIPLE Professional accounts twice now. One time for 3 days, the next a whole week. They even sent support replies to my locked accounts. Duh? Then they actually wondered why I possibly was unhappy with the paid service. It took forever to finally get refunded money after being credited to my account. They were very reluctant to refund that amount. They care more ...

My account was blocked which has been linked with work instagram account, and now I can’t login to instagram because it askes code which is in blocked protonmail email box. So 2 years work is gone because Protonmail blocked my account and support doesn’t reopen my account. I was locked out of my account for, "This account is under investigation for breach if the Swiss criminal code. Under Swiss law, in Criminal cases, we may be obliged to comply with law enforcement requests upon receiving a judicial order."
