Never open an email in protonmail

Never open an email in protonmail. My account was locked for absolutely no reason. I can no longer receive notifications from other sites to which my email is linked. I also do not have access to all sites that send me a confirmation link when logging in. I have no words.

Poor design

Since new update they have redesigned the way it looks, what we’re they thinking it’s gone from very good easy to follow to very bad interface it looks horrible and disgusting, who ever designed this new look needs to go back to school, it just doesn’t look like a very professional email the layout is not the best, I think a child could do a better job, just look at your reviews no one likes it, if I could I would downgrade to the old one which was 100% better and faster this version is so ...

ProtonMail is best private e-mail service!!

I have been a ProtonMail email service customer for four years now! :) All this time I have been really happy with this email service and I have not had any problems. It’s important to me that no outsider reads my emails and doesn’t resell my information, and this really fills up with ProtonMail email! My father and mother are also ProtonMail customers. Thanks a lot!

This company is controlled by Orwellian big brother via spying on people while stealing customers money with false advertising and not having subscriptions cancelled properly. So, customers end up having to ask their banks and PayPal to get refunds or cancel future charges on bank accounts. Especially when ProtonMail's customer support service team sucks. I bought a paid account to learn almost everything is a scam! What they advertise as "alias" accounts are nothing more than additional email accounts AND the default account address IS considered one of the five! How can it be an "alias" or additional email address if it is the default one? Dealing with customer service was a joke & a nightmare! Their advertised 24/7 support is a joke. Even as a lowest paid plan subscriber I only got a response within 40 minutes of the start of their day ...

scammers be aware

scammers be aware! i am unable to access any business correspondance and have 2 factor enabled for my banking. it has been weeks that I cant access my bank account or credit cards. their support is not replying to my emails. this looks like a scam to get money out of their users in order to re-enable their email accounts
