Stable mail provider

I read that many are not satisfied with Protonmail. I do not share this and I am satisfied and have been using Proton for a long time as a small user and nothing has ever gone wrong with me. Incidentally, things have been going wrong for a long time with Outlook/Hotmail and now all contacts are transferred to Proton. I advise Proton not to cut corners on Customer Service and put qualified personnel there..

The interface of this email service is…

The interface of this email service is good, the privacy is great, and the tools are abundant. They have mobile app, and the proton bridge for thunderbird for highly secure email messages. The only problem with this service is the very slow email support, it takes days until they respond. Seems to be a shortage in head count or something.

They block me and I get my logins locked. Freedom they say.

Proton, the company that says "privacy and freedom comes frist" has unilaterally suspended my account without prior notice due to what I can say a small mistake on my side at most. I found myself locked from accessing other sites I signed-up using Proton mail address. Where is the freedom? They put me in a jail. I published the FULL conversation on: justpaste[dot]it/proton-blocks-account . (No need to say that I totally discourage anyone to open an account or rely on this company, you ...

Very poor performance

Very poor performance. Damaging to a serious business operation. Amateurish and lacking a sense of business accountability. We regularly email our clients and use protonmail because we provide confidential professional services. With about 2400 clients and growing the flow of work using this email is constant and relevant. On various occasions in the financial years of our carious clients we email reminders about services and promotions. This is the second year we have been suspended ...

ProtonMail sucks

ProtonMail sucks. Within a day of creating an account, I received this message when trying to sign in: This account has been suspended due to a potential policy violation. If you believe this is in error, please contact us. Avoid them, go with one of the many other free email services.

Free Service Limiting & Frustrating

Was constantly told my emails didn't reach their destination but instead going spam (Not the service's fault, being new) The free service is frustrating. With Gmail and outlook, you get such a huge amount of free space for sending emails, and you don't have to use their signatures either. With ProtonMail, you do. Until they improve these things, I shall be leaving ProtonMail, unfortunately.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I was recommended proton mail by a close friend that uses it and I opened up an account initially, never used it and when I couldn't recall the username opened up another one. The first account was never even used and now they have blocked the other account I opened which is linked to important financial products that need email verification! How can you expect clients to read T&C's and not make it clear to them that two accounts can't be opened by one person?! It ...
