W/P VERY POOR IT SERVICE AND NO HELP IN ASSISTING THE EMAILS IN SENT AND OTHER COPY OF FOLDERS THAT DISAPPEARED

After 5 y. I can say that this is an amazing service; I don't know why they have such a bad reputation. Compared with others email providers - Proton rocks. Not sure for VPN as I use other service already. I also have some problems on android 4.1 - they force users to update app cause of the security reasons, but which doesn't support older android. Not great support experience.

Proton unlimited was everything I wanted. I subscribed for one month in order to try it. I was planning to replace Google with proton, but this is impossible. The result was that I would still have to use Google or Microsoft and proton. So what's the point? The main problem comes with contacts. You cannot use your contacts in anything else other than your protonmail. Whatsapp, signal messenger, messages, phone calls you have to use a different contact list. The service is fine... but

The service is fine, but if you have an unpaid invoice, they block you from everything even the free stuff, and even if you contact them they tell you to pay it, if I had the money I would pay it but I guess they don't care about their users, even if you downgrade you still need to pay the invoice.
