mail is good but costumer support is a nightmare. Worst co0stumer support I have ever seen they never help you to resolve your problem.

My Email was disabled due to abuse and fraud

When i logged in i received this error bellow. Account disabled for abuse or fraud. I contacted their support and they replied me : " Our system has detected multiple accounts being created on your behalf, therefore they were disabled. " So i agree i made multiple accounts (3 only). Proton Mail is the best secure, private mail service offered in my opinion! I love its interface and its security!

I lost 2FA and there was no way to…

I lost 2FA and there was no way to recover my account. I sent support all documentation to verify my account and never regained access. I spent an entire week emailing their support and only got legitimate interest in support when I disputed the charge to renew an account I couldn’t access. The email platform is decent. I would consider their support garbage. Having spent hours trying to recover my account and hours changing all my accounts I do not recommend their service.

They shut me down yesterday because I signed up 2 years ago to seek a balance in the news to a site banned by the NAZI globalists.If you sign up to these for email you WILL be hacked they are the new STAZI

Worst email service out there.

Worst email service out there. Had my account over a year and then yesterday they disabled it and when I ask them why they said I used it to sign up for another service more then once… So now they are spying on what I use my private email for? I thought proton was meant to be all about privacy? What a joke of a service… Don’t ever trust any of protons services…. I am now unable to retrieve important emails from my account and proton refuse todo anything.
