More interesting and better paying than others

I have been on Prolific since the end of 2019 and have had a good experience. At the beginning, I didn't get very many surveys, but I don't know how much of that was because I wasn't using it much. Since April of 2020, I have averaged £28/month, which is 24 surveys/month. Prolific is very strict about letting you know how long a survey is going to take and they don't allow surveys that pay less than an average of six pounds per hour. A survey site that actually pays out for survey’s. Unfortunately after not receiving any new studies whilst still keeping my profile up to date I contacted their service desk to request help. Like many others here my account has failed automatic checks with no explanation as to why. A simple email just letting users know there’s an issue would go a long way. Poor customer service. Avoid unless you want to sell all your details for £35

My favourite survey site

I'm a member of quite a few survey websites and this is one of the best. I've earned £526 since joining in 2016, but it's been spread out over this period of time. I like the fact that my responses are used in research and I've completed some really interesting and thought provoking surveys. Any technical issues have been dealt with quickly and politely and payment is quick and easy. Great survey platform! not only great pay but interesting topics as well!

Good at first and then it all went wrong…

After a successful 3 months where I was enjoying using the website and completing surveys as well as being paid rather quickly, it all suddenly changed, and I was offered no surveys for over months. I knew that sometimes they limit surveys to certain active members in order to get a broader variety of responses however when I checked in with email support after 3 months I was abruptly told I was banned from their website, had no right to appeal the decision and they are unable to give me ...

It’s great at first

It’s great at first. They give you lots of studies and you earn money quickly. But then the studies stop. They tell you to wait and let them know in two months if nothing shows up, but keep your profile updated. When you reach out again they tell you you somehow failed their profile checks but they will not give you any more information as to why or how you failed. And that you’re not allowed to make any other profiles. This happened to me, and then six other friends over the past year. ...

The BEST survey/ study site I have ever used ! I’ve made almost £200 in studies & most of which were no longer than a few minutes long . Pay out is quick and easy! It would be great to get more studies sent though but it definitely helps for those extra spends!

Great little side earner!

I have managed to earn £351.99 since October! I have really enjoyed using Prolific for the past few months, if I have ever had a problem with a study I have been able to speak with the researcher to find out what has happened. The payments are fast and as it is done cash via paypal rather than having to earn points to then get a voucher it makes more financial sense. The studies are varied and interesting, with my biggest pay out being £16 for one study!

It´s actually a great option

It´s actually a great option, it´s really easy to take studies. I highly recommed it for having a little extra. It´s easy to understand the use.
