So far so good

So far so good, I have never had an issue with prolific. There are some glitches here and there but not enough for me to give it less than five stars. I have been on the site for about a year or so now and I love it for quick pocket change. I would highly recommend this site.

They are rude

They are rude, unprofessional and think it is an acceptable business idea to falsely accuse their users of failing “checks” without providing any evidence. Also, support staff Jeremy and Sadie are rude and need to be fired as they have no people skills whatsoever. Edit. Prolific. A pathetic lazy copy and paste response providing NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER for your INCORRECT decision is unacceptable. Get your RUDE INCOMPETENT staff FIRED and stop alienating all your long term users

If you message the staff, they will respond in a timely manner and are always friendly while helping to address any concerns that you may be having. The studies on Prolific are always engaging and the researcher's response times are typically fast, should you experience any technical issues. Prolific is trustworthy

I have been using prolific for about 4 years and I have not had any sort of problem with this company. Everyday there is new studys from all over the world that you can do. Never had a problem cashing out and never had a problem with payments from the studys. You can easily contact the researchers and prolific for any kind of help. I am very happy with the experience so far.

POOR … Unfairly banned having done no studies

I use many online research portals including YouGov and PopulusLive and have done for a while. Prolific has been by far my worst experience of any platform. I created the account 5 months ago and haven't received a single study. EXCELLENT paid studies platform

Excellent paid studies platform. I have been on this platform for around 9 months completing paid studies for researchers and I am very happy with them. In general, most studies are quite easy and interesting to do and to be honest you can generate a good amount in a couple of months. Was great for over a year then all of a sudden I received and error code saying I can't use my IP address!!?? Then it says I can change my IP address or go to a friend's house...what!!?? I would love to know how my IP address got banned in the first place. I know they say they can't go into detail..blah blah...but I would like to know. Is this something I should worry about? Did I get hacked? At this point I don't care about the survey site I worried about my own security.
