Banned for zero reason

Banned for zero reason. I've always been 100% honest on surveys. I wonder if they just have too many participants now and trying to kick people off without having to give a reason!

For anyone considering using Prolific, I think it would be a great choice! At first you will notice that you may only have two or three studys a day but trust me it increases. And the best part about this site is that there not regular surveys, they are studys, alot of these are educational studys. its almost like you are getting paid to learn. Banned with no explanation

Have been a member for a number of years and diligently taken many surveys. Then, out of nowhere I’m banned. When I message and ask why I get told some copy and paste tripe, and when I question it Jeremy rudely tells me they shall not be corresponding with me anymore on this matter. Definitely would NOT recommend

Regularly completed reviews in a timely manner, then banned for no reason, with an offhand email telling me not to bother to contact them or request an explanation. No previous issues, no warning, just told that it was a final decision, don't bother us again. Very poor customer service. If you do decide to complete reviews, remove money as soon as you reach the lower limit of £5 otherwise you will lose it if they arbitrarily close your account.

Don’t even bother using this site

Don’t even bother using this site. I’ve been using it fine for years now one day out of the blue they’ve decided to suspend my account indefinitely and have outright refused to tell me why. Seems dodgy to me. The least you can do is when someone’s used your services for years is to give them a valid reason for suspending their account. Seems like any excuse. Great site. Would definitely recommend

The best survey site I have ever used. I have been completing studies since 2018 and I have never had an issue! I like the variation of the research surveys as well. They are actually interesting. Most researchers accept my submissions within a reasonable amount of time, and many of the studies have good earning potential compared to other survey sites. I would definitely recommend.

Poor Customer Service

I was able to participate in studies until January, now I have been told that I failed some critical checks but they won't tell me why or how to recover my account or even let me open a new account Edit 5/4/22 But if I haven't logged in for 2 months, what could I possibly have done to fail these checks? You are a terrible company

Think Research, Think Prolific and Financial Rewards

This is the best platform to use for academic research purpose. what made my experience great is the fact that the studies are well constructed, time efficient and they pay out on time. Further one can literally partake on the studies in between jobs. the bonus point about the platform is that its easy to transfer/cashout money anytime!!!
