this website has helped me a lot, with almost zero flaws, very well organised.

Nice site for some extra cash

Easy to get paid with Paypal, fast payment and low threshold to be able to cash out. More varied and interesting surveys since they are for research of different kinds. Many other paid survey sites love to waste people's time by throwing a bunch of surveys to them that they then don't qualify for so all questions until then amount to nothing, which I've never experienced with Prolific. I used prolific regularly for a couple…

I used prolific regularly for a couple years then stopped receiving them. Apparently prolific put my account on hold without my knowledge. I eventually noticed and contacted them… still no resolution as they don’t want to reinstate me claiming I failed 1 or more if their checks nor will they provide any further info and will not reinstate my account. Scam company takes your info then deletes you once they have what they feel is enough info. Not cool!

Something is going wrong

A month later and the rejections are continuing - studies were completed too fast, too slowly and no date submitted at all. I'm starting to wonder whether researchers aren't scamming Prolific, rejecting replies to ensure they don't have to pay and then using the data anyway. Either way, it's not a good look.

I wish more people knew about Prolific

I wish more people knew about Prolific! I've been using it for about 2 years now and it's so simple and easy and some of the surveys are actually really interactive. 10/10 suggest, you seriously have nothing to lose trying it out.

Very easy to do just need to have the time for the studies. I tend to do the longest ones first. The reward is not something that will replace a full time job however, this is something to do if you want to earn some extra cash. If you grind it, you can usually cash out on a weekly basis - which I should say the two payout days a week are great and received very fast. No loyalty- they'll ban you 4 no reason..

Such a shame because this was always easily one of the better survey sites. I was using Prolific for a good couple of years & always vigilantly engaged with all surveys & usually received good feedback & even bonus payments from survey hosts for quality responses. But..I noticed no new surveys had shown up for a while, no explanation why, & upon contacting them I was told my account had been banned for failing some automated & manual check. No idea what check this is, they refuse to say!!!! ...

Yes, I've used the platform for a couple of years, and earned quite a bit of money doing it All legit, money is paid immediately, and some of the studies are really interesting to participate in. 100% Trustworthy

100% Trustworthy I'm from Mexico and it works so well! At first was a little sceptical about the rewarding system but i was wrong, prolific is by far one of the best ways to make money online.

Absolutely atrocious customer service

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I waited on the waiting list since January and was finally admitted in May, made one mistake while filling out a piece of paperwork and then they canceled me completely and will not speak to me. The customer service was incredibly rude and I do not recommend this platform to anyone who respects their own time and privacy.
