really great survey site

straightforward website, excellent communication from researchers when needed, and really simple payment deposits! I absolutely trust this website, the interface is simple and reliable and an absolute joy to use. I tell all of my friends to sign up.

Don't trust bad reviews

First of all, I would like to note that I am in no way associated with prolific as an organisation. This being said, I am absolutely shocked about the reviews that have been posted here. I have recommended Prolific to my friend but due to reading the reviews, she was hesitant because it looks like the website might be a scam. But this could not be further from the truth. They do not value you

Been with this site 5 years and now I am suddenly banned with absolutely no way of changing this and no real explanation, other than I failed checks and they will not review the decision so don't bother. Really really disappointed in this and the way this has made me feel. I have literally had that site open on my desktop working day for the last 5 years and now they ban me and make out I am dishonest when I have made an effort in every survey sent. Really sad. They do not value you.

Banned before I could even verify my phone number.. as an overwhelming amount of other reviews here state they ban you for absolutely no reason. I have a basic American phone number, no VOIP or anything like that. I have been using prolific for a few years now. This is the best source of "beer money" I found that works on my locale (Portugal) The page allows the user to fill surveys and studies for money. Normally around 1 pound per study. There are other places that promise the same, but most of the others are just scams. Minimum withdrawal is 5£ into our PayPal account. Banned for no reason - refuse to provide any insight!

Banned for no reason after 1 year and taking part in many studies - no notification, asked why and they could not provide further information, but that their decision was final. Useless - I don't seem to be the only one this is happening to, not sure why they're banning loyal participants for no reason!

I have done survey with them then got blocked for no reason so got in touch then they unblocked me so I could take part again then out of the blue on my account it says it on hold ,I got in touch and they said they wouldn’t reverse the situation and could not tell me any more information about why I can’t take part . Then emailed saying (we regret to inform you that we will not be engaging in any further communication on this matter). So don’t waste your time going with these .
