Great for keeping track and following the details
What do you like best? We all know who's who and when the team or individuals are out. This helps very much to keep from having questions on if someone is sick or just working from home. What do you dislike? I would like to see more category options for out of office or even meeting tracking so we can schedule meetings better through pingboard Recommendations to others considering the product: Just do it and give it a shot. It meets our needs and helps us be more organized. What ...

Pingboard app
What do you like best? The possibility to filter on the different teams, the different office locations, search for names and functions, it’s great What do you dislike? Fact that it’s not obligatory for a user to put in a personal statement, about info. Makes some profiles seem very empty. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like to see what is happening, who’s birthday it is, even before I started working in the company.

Easy to use
What do you like best? I like that it is simple, moves quickly when I want it to, and is easily searchable. What do you dislike? It's not always intuitive where to click to open and close different groups. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am new to the team so it's great to be able to quickly access peoples profiles.

Fun way to learn your org
What do you like best? I really enjoy the interactive games of matching teammates to photos, which makes it fun and enjoyable to get to know your whole company. What do you dislike? Some people opt. out of putting a photo up, which basically nullifies the whole purpose of the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I enjoy how it helps me uncover who the decision-makers are on an internal issue or plan I am trying to pass along.

Enjoyable
What do you like best? I like that at any time I can see what new employees have joined my org. What do you dislike? I don't like that some people take a while to show on pingboard. There are newer employees who don't show up until 1 week of them being hired. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding out who the best person to contact is.

Really useful for large/changing orgs
What do you like best? As a new person at my company, I basically keep Pingboard open so that I can quickly look people up as they are name-dropped in meetings. This helps me build my mental model for who does what at my company What do you dislike? Not sure if this is just our implementation of it, but it's not seamlessly embedded in our other collaboration tools, like Slack, G Suite, Atlassian (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc), and so forth. My perception is that we see it as kind of a ...

Overall a Good platform.
What do you like best? Quick and Ease of use is by far the most important. It's basically the Google equivalent of contacts, which this company has tried a variety of options to try to facilitate but Pingboard is far better than the others. What do you dislike? Even though it's quick, it could be quicker. The other thing I could thing of is adding some kind of "did you mean such and such". Also it's hard to determine who is in what group, so a better grouping system would be ...

Internal User
What do you like best? I am quickly able to see our org chart and look up any information about my colleagues. I can see who is in my org, who else I can reach out to, etc etc What do you dislike? Not much I dislike about Pingboard, I believe it gets the job done for what you need it for. The out of office feature is a not really needed due to other internal HR tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Whenever I need to reach out to ...
