My experience was decent.
What do you like best? I am able to identify employees and their positions/ role in real time. This is especially useful after having had a meeting or conversation with someone who I don't usually interact with but it gives me a better understanding of what role they play in the company. What do you dislike? What I dislike about ping board is that the live organizational chart only automatically shows the heads of each department and I have to individually click through each one to ...

Great overview of Headspace as an organization!
What do you like best? Pingboard does a great job of visualizing our organization and helping drill down to teams and respective managers. What do you dislike? Cannot see who is a cross functional resource based on allocation What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Defining our organization and who is crossfunctional vs dotted line resources

Really useful as a new employee
What do you like best? I really liked to use Pingboard as I could easily see who is who in the company I work in and be able to identify them in person. It also has a fun format and the game who is who is cool. What do you dislike? I didn’t find anything I particularly dislike Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it when you are new! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quickly understanding the structure of the ...

As a new starter, Pingboard instantly gave me an interactive overview of the companies Org Chart
What do you like best? I recently joined a company that use Pingboard, a product I hadn't heard of before. I found it immediately intuitive, and was able to navigate the company org chart with ease. This was a massive time saver and made my onboarding that much easier. What do you dislike? The "secondary" features such as the out of office functionality are a little lacking, and feel like second class citizens. Typically Pingboard is the last place I fill out my availability as I've ...

A tool I use almost everyday
What do you like best? Being able to find someones manager, being able to see the full hierarchy of the different branches of the org. What do you dislike? The login and load screen. Ping board will log out after like 10 mins and I will have to login multiple times a day. Each login takes about 3 clicks. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for understanding who is where in a company hierarchy What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Pingboard Team Management
What do you like best? Pingboard is a valuable tool to help build employee culture and keep track of fastly growing teams. What do you dislike? It would be useful if Pingboard allowed users to export user information as contacts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as a source of truth for our org chart.

What do you like best? Easy to use and is very helpful in tracking our Org chart. I like how we can use it to learn more about our teammates. What do you dislike? I with it was easier to move the org chart around. It's very touchy, and can glitch out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The glitchyness of the org chart portion specifically are an issue.

Good experience and user friendly interface
What do you like best? That you could type in the name and look for any of the employee. I also like the way the software has the work anniversaries built into it. What do you dislike? Would prefer a better organized structure where you could see the total number of employees that report to a higher management position. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pingboard is great tool for developing and maintaining org charts. What problems are you solving with the ...

Where has Pingboard been in my professional career?
What do you like best? I have never eased so seamlessly into a new job as I have with Pingboard by my side. Pingboard has helped reduce the number of times I've needed to say, "Sorry, what was your name again?" to virtually zero. With so many working teams, many of them remote, it's helpful to have a sidekick remind you of names to faces before jumping into a meeting or attending an event. My favorite part is the division by location. I can easily jump to the group of people I need to ...
