What do you like best about Performance Pro? I find the system to be user friendly, easy to navigate, and overall a great system to document performance reviews. They have have customer service.

What do you like best about Performance Pro? Performance Pro has very helpful reminders to let you know what needs to be done and when. The dashboard is customizable so that you can organize your duties within the program.

"Looks and feels like it hasn't been updated since the 90s"
What do you like best about Performance Pro? Pro: It's a tool to manage 360 reviews. We haven't had anything previously, so it's a step up from that. But nothing to something confusing isn't great. Plus the onboarding was led by a lady who's internet was spotty and we couldn't understand her half the time.
