What do you like best about Performance Pro? Easy to maneuver through data base, toggle between Performance Pro and Compease. Updates to staff information between the 2 sites automatically. Like the wording choices for the grades 1-5, like that you can have increments of .25 to choose from for a grade. Love all the factors choices.
