What do you like best about Performance Pro? Customizable goals with milestones are a great feature. I've been using Performance Pro for close to 20 years and the software keeps getting better. The chat feature is great to get help and suggestions are used in updates.

Performance Pro has allowed us to move away from a manual performance appraisal process to an automated system that encourages managers to keep performance notes, including goals, all in one place. The system is highly customizable allowing us to make adjustments that align with our language and processes.
