It seems it has been a recent trend of providing poor service hope our reviews helps other not to buy from paysafe; my experience as follows I'm trying to buy from a online site that uses paysafecard and it says your pin not supported; on checking from the online site seems they have no block or restriction so the block is with paysafe I send twice the voucher photos to paysafecard but all i get from paysafe is your pin is active and there has has been no resolution from paysafe for a small ...

Bad customer service

My account has been blocked for no reason and it's still blocked 15 hours later. They didn't even reply to my email for unblocking it.edit:48 hours and counting

Scam and Fraud company- Paysafe( Neteller)

My experience with Paysafe's product Neteller has been horrible. I have used Neteller for more than 5 years and my Customer Id is 451026384456.However, problems began as soon as I started receiving relatively large amounts. Out of the blue, Neteller restricted my account immediately after I received 2400USD from my Trading broker.1)They asked me to submit a selfie with my ID which I did. Horrible company

Horrible company. They keep your money while waiting for a “risk review”. I can only imagine how much money they are making on their customer’s money while it sits there waiting on this review. The review is triggered when a charge goes through that is over the amount determined by them that you can accept from a customer. Ich habe am 19.08.2021 einen € 100 Gutschein bei West Lotto gekauft ! Ich habe den Bon einmal benutzt - € 8.90 also sollten nach Adam Riese noch €91,10 drauf sein ! bei weiteren Einkaufen wurde der Code nicht mehr akzeptiert (aus Sicherheitsgründen wurde Der Code gesperrt ! ) Ich habe 3 mal einen Antrag auf Entsperrung gestellt ! Die reagieren einfach nicht ! es kam lediglich am 19.08.2021 eine Mail der Antrag wird schnellst möglich bearbeitet !
