Habe ein upgegradetes Konto immer ohne Probleme gehabt,bis ich wegen eines schlecht gedruckten pins3 mal Konstellationen ausprobiert habe,sperrte man mich zunächst für Transaktionen.Ich habe das Frageprotokoll ausgefüllt und x-mal mit dem Ladentelefoniert,um mein Problem zu schildern,auch eine Kopie der Karte wurde gesendet.Schlussendlichsagte man mir telefonisch zu,das Konto würde nach Prüfung wieder geöffnet.2Tage später bekam ich vonder Sicherheitsabteilung die message,das Konto ist ...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I signed up for payment solutions through Pay Simple and they linked me with this company. They have had over 3k of my money for 3 weeks and are refusing to give it to me. They said my account was on divert because a $30 transaction failed because they were using the WRONG ACCOUNT. The process of getting my money began non July 15th it is now August 5th and they still have not deposited the money.

This company is absolute garbage

This company is absolute garbage. They were able to set up my account quickly, I told them I had customers and I had a transaction ready to run. They then put a hold on it, even though I made it very clear to the person that I spoke with initially that was very important that I could start running transactions immediately that would be deposited quickly. This company is a borderline scam.

Avoid this company

This company is a complete scam. I used the MoneyGram at my CVS to buy a $10 paysafecard, but the pin was nowhere on the receipt. I gone through the exact same steps in the past to buy paysafecard, and they all resulted in the pin code being printed on the receipt. Now I suddenly get a receipt with no pin code, and the paysafecard support has been incredibly useless in assisting me with this issue. It has been days and no response from them. Never ever again paysafe. I am trying to retrieve my cash to spend on amazon to no avail. I received an email to say the transaction had failed but when I spoke to an advisor they told me the cash was available. I looked into my transaction history and it stated it had failed but yet the money had gone and after four phone calls I'm no further forward. Use with caution is my advice.
