Nach dem ich mein Konto mit 70 Euro auflud, wird mir gesagt, das ich wegen Sicherheitsgründen mein Konto nicht mehr nutzen kann bis ich mich mit meinem Ausweis identifiziere.Selbst nach dem ich dies tat, ist mein Konto immer noch aus "Sicherheitsgründen" gesperrt.

Guys stay away from this scam! They closed my account literally with no reason they said for security reasons but trust me there was no reason! I have a balance in my account but I don't care about it my problem is that they shutdown my account without a reason! I will go to a lawyer and tell him to contact their support for me!! Stay away guys they are scammers

Will not fix the problem!
Just for some reason the credit card machine (Clover) would not take credit cards (Trans refused) but always works with debt card. Called them and started the process to get the problem fixed. Gave me a case number after being bounced around with 4 different people some of who I could not understand. Was told by the last person I talked to she had to research this and PROMISED to call me back, she never did. Started the next morning again and gave them the case number and was told case ...

Mein erster und letzter Versuch mit…
Mein erster und letzter Versuch mit Paysafe zu zahlen. Habe eine 50€ Karte an der Tanke gekauft um diese 4 Tage später bei einem großen Spieleportal einzulösen. Hat nicht funktioniert, die Karte wurde aus Sicherheitsgründen gesperrt. Und nun? Muss ich wieder alle meine Daten irgendwo preisgeben obwohl ich genau deswegen Paysafe testen wollte. Fazit: DURCHGEFALLEN, nie wieder!

I still waiting (over 8 days now) for…
I still waiting (over 8 days now) for paysafe to correct my birthday which they have made a mistake so that I can utilize my funds. I have sent over 10 emails stating my problem and nothing has been done yet. All that is needed is to correct my birthday from 3 July to 4 July. So simple but so hard for them. Do you think that it might be corrected by Christmas? Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I should be compensated for the time and effort to have my funds available for my use.
